Here is a video of a gymnast at Chow's where Olympic champions Gabby Douglas and Shawn Johnson trained at, doing a back handspring with one arm into an Onodi with no hands on the low beam.
Onodi was first done by fomer Soviet gymnast Olga Mastepanova but named after Hungary's Henrietta Onodi since she submitted the skill at a major international competition.
